Shipping and Handling.
Domestic and international orders are placed Monday through to Friday, excluding Australian holidays which are posted the next day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship out the following Monday (excluding Australian holidays).
Domestic Shipping
Free Shipping on accessories Australia wide. All postage is sent via AUSTRALIA POST.
International Shipping
International postage charge is dependent upon country of delivery, and is sent by Australia Post STANDARD INTERNATIONAL (without tracking). This is done to ensure postage costs remain minimal to the customer.
Please allow 8-12 business days (M-F) for delivery upon dispatch for all International orders. Please ensure all details of your International address is correctly entered in the checkout; OKSINC will not be liable for any loss of goods through incorrectly entered address details. All International orders may be subjected to country-specific import duties, taxes and customs checks, which are applied when your order arrives in your country. We are not liable for these payments or potential charges, and may be required to release your order from customs. OKSINC is not liable for any delay or additional charges as a result of your countries import regulations. For further information, please contact your local customs authority.

Returns & exchanges
We gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations on all accessories purchases and orders.
Contact us and ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 7 days of purchase
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
